Every year the Daufuskie Island Almost Independence Day Art and Literary Throw-down gets bigger and better. This year is no exception with an impressive lineup of artists and writers from around the globe.
Gibbes McDowell will be signing Driftwood Unmasked and his new release spy-thriller The Dragon’s Mouth.
Roger Pinckney, the Grand Old Man of Lowcountry Storytelling, will be signing a dozen of his titles including his latest release Washed in the Blood. Jewelry-maker Mendy Perdew Hovland will have a nice array of fine Lowcountry-themed art.
And Amy-Lauran Lum-Won, featured artist at the 2022 Southeast Wildlife Expo, rounds out the list of talent.
You'll have a blast browsing the incredible artwork and literature on display. And don't forget to try a Scrap Iron cocktail!
